SERVES 1
This cocktail, by Tabasco chef Jason Gronlund, puts a decidedly adult spin on hot cocoa.
1/2 oz. chocolate syrup 1 oz. crème de cocoa 2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream 1 oz. vanilla flavored vodka A dash of habanero tabasco sauce 1 tsp. whipped cream Cocoa powder for garnish
1. Pour the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Float a spoonful of whipped cream on top of the drink and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
