These crispy, crumbly chocolate-almond cookies get their rich flavor from a good ½ cup of sweet, anise-flavored Galliano liqueur and more than a touch of coffee. I want to make these cookies, but I don't want to pay the money for the Galliano liquer (we don't drink). Can I use something else to substitute?
