St. Patrick's Day Celebration

Green beer and "Kiss Me, I'm Irish" shirts are all well and good, but to truly celebrate the land of St. Patrick, prepare this menu of authentic Irish specialities for family and friends—after all, there's no better way to capture that Gaelic spirit than by spending an evening in lively conversation with good friends, good food—and a pint or two of Guinness, of course.

Potato and Spring Onion Soup
Corned Beef with Parsley Sauce, Champ, Mashed Carrots and
   Parsnips, and Broccoli

Rhubarb–Ginger Crumble
