It's summertime in upstate New York. To us, that means it's pig roastin' season. Get yourself some rebar and some cement blocks, and follow the directions for a pig roast like the one that the Three Guys from Miami carefully designed for their Cuban Christmas party. (Warm weather at Christmas? Lucky guys.) You'll be the hit of the neighborhood, especially if you mix up some cuba libres or mojitos to go along with the roast. And if you document your success and send the evidence to the three amigos, you just might be included in their pig roast hall of fame.

tremendous -- I feel like those photos make me smell that roast. however, this seems like the sort of project I'd rather read about than attempt...

Thanks for the roasting tips! It looks like the perfect idea for a big backyard party.
