It was my understanding that I would receive one issue prior to receiving an invoice so I could evaluate whether or not your magazine meets my needs. I have received the invoice but have not received a magazine to evaluate.
I would really like to contact someone to address this because I am interested in the magazine however I cannot find any way on your web site such as a phone number or email address that I can use to accomplish this. The only customer service email address appears to be available to current subscibers only.

I am very surprised that the poultry section only includes chicken. How about pheasant, turkey, duck, etc.? How about deer, elk, moose and buffalo? At least the things you can buy at a high end grocery or farmer's market should be included as a category, don't you think?

It is nice to know that there is a magazine which features recipes from different countries. I am from Philippines and the bibingka recipe that was featured in March 2011 issue is not the bibingka from home. The picture and the recipe was for cassava cake. Bibingka is made of rice flour and not cassava. And we use banana leaf-lined mold.
