Menu: Thanksgiving Leftovers Brunch
Repurpose your Thanksgiving leftovers for a simple but satisfying brunch feast. Turkey hash, loaded with onions, peppers, potatoes, and bacon (almost all of which can be leftovers themselves), is delicious topped off with sunny-side-up eggs. Serve it with a simple raw kale salad, warm caramel-apple strata, and of course, a big pitcher of bloody Marys.
