A Brunch For The Day After Thanksgiving
Though we all love making a breakfast out of leftover pie on the morning after Thanksgiving, break into a few more of the covered casserole dishes this year to put together a complete brunch menu with minimal cooking. Slices of turkey breast fill the open faced hot brown sandwich, extra cranberries bake into simple cakes, while leftover roasted veggies and mashed potatoes become satisfying bubble and squeek.
