More About This Menu

  1. The coffee liqueur takes a few months to complete, but the results are well worth it. The longer it sits, the more the sweetness will mellow. If you're short on time, you can drizzle storebought coffee liqueur or a shot of espresso over your ice cream.

  2. Pomegranate seeds also make a great ice cream topping. For an easy way to extract them, check out our video where associate food editor Ben Mims shows you how to de-seed a pomegranate.
