Whoopie Pie Pan

I'm a strict opponent of the single-use kitchen tool (with a couple of exceptions for particularly amazing gadgets that I use with serious frequency), so when someone gave me a whoopie pie pan as a gift, I was not the happiest camper. Then I started using it for baking, and now it's one of my very favorite things: great for making whoopie pies, of course (I'm partial to a peanut butter-filled version), but its shallow, circular wells are also great for all-top muffins and cupcakes, baked eggs, and — on particularly ambitious weekend mornings — bacon wheels perfectly sized for an english muffin sandwich.

Does seem like a useful multi-tasker, but we're going to hunt for one (fingers crossed) without the non-stick coating. That's a no-go at our house.
