I think somewhere weird is going on here. Avocado has almost no protein (unless you try to eat the seed). It does contain a very healthy kind of fat, however. And is certainly very creamy, with a subtle intriguing flavor.. Fat from the avocado; fat from the coconut (a saturated one) would make a sinfully delicious ice cream!!

You're right, this shouldn't be considered 'high-protein,' even with the inclusion of egg yolks.

Just to add to what you said...

Though the amount of protein is low (about 2g per avocado), the quality of the protein is high compared to most other grains, fruits, and vegetables. Coconut also has good quality protein (though it's not a fruit). Other non-animal foods known for their high quality of protein are peaches, brazil nuts, and figs.
