When it’s hot outside, no one wants to spend time slaving over a hot stove. These dressed-up BLTs with pancetta and mizuna from Love and Olive Oil require minimal kitchen time and are delicious enough to serve guests.

What we're using is actually called green garlic. It looks a lot like green onions. We made these yummy BLTs with a gourmet twist. Quite good. The brioche bread is fabulous, and definitely makes the sandwiches that much better. Worth it if you can find it.
