One question, you didn't show how you rolled it up. Did you do yours horizontally or vertically. Or doesn't it matter?

Sunny, you want to be able to roll the chicken jelly-roll style....shorter side. This ensure you have plenty of chicken to encase the filling. Hope that helps~Ellie
