Bourbon Bramble
In this dark, easy-drinking cocktail, Bourbon, creme de cassis, and elderflower liqueur come together in a beautiful marriage of flavors.

Ingredients
1 ounce elderflower liqueur1 ounce bourbon
1/2 ounce creme de cassis
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for at least a minute. Strain into a rocks glass or coupe.Ratings & Reviews (4)
This has become one of my go-to cocktails. It's pretty stiff, but still very floral and tasty.
I've tended bar in private clubs and high end dinner houses and have never seen or much less heard of Elderflower Liqueur.
Hi Saltwater, a common brand of elderflower liqueur available in the U.S. (which you might not realize is elderflower because it's not obvious on the bottle) is St. Germain
