I've had this exact recipe in the US and in France while on vacation in the Dordogne ... it's great in the US, and it's perfect in France! I wonder what it would taste like in Italy? My wife knows (she's Angela!) but alas, I do not.
Chicken Cacciatora
Fresh herbs are the perfect compliment to the dark meat found on chicken thighs and breasts. Here, they are cooked in a mixture of rosemary, sage, and olive oil that is fragrant and flavorful.
