Chicken Noodle Soup
Warming, filling chicken soup just may be the ultimate panacea. Cooking the noodles in the broth enriches both the noodles' flavor and the soup itself, which thickens slightly from the released starches.

This has become my favorite Chicken soup recipe. Delicious and rich tasting.
Making this for the second time in a month today. It was my first try at homemade chicken noodle soup and I'll be making it a lot. This is my kind of cooking, it uses the simplest ingredients to make the biggest flavors. This one will be in my arsenal for years to come. We both thought it was incredible and perfect for a chilly day.
