Last week I bought two pints from the Farmers Market, and they are so, so flavorful. More grape recipes, please!! 3by russeaime on 2011-09-13 I didn't realize that this is an egg-free recipe before I started making it! It is a great option if someone cannot eat eggs, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it. The texture of the muffin is a bit odd - somewhere between a scone and a biscuit.
