I make this pasta dish at least once a month. It's my go-to favorite in a pinch. And you can never add enough horseradish!

And if you can't find orecchiette than just use something else. I've made it with penne, rigatoni, whatever. It always tastes good.

This was great. I didn't think the horseradish would work but it made the most delicious parmesan cream sauce.
