Fried Olives

This is the perfect snack for two to nibble while sipping martinis.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spanish olives, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 12 cup dried bread crumbs
  • Olive oil

Instructions

Step 1

Coat olives in beaten egg. Roll olives in dried bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil over high heat until golden. Drain and serve warm.
