I used 1 cup of vinegar instead of 1 1/2 cups and found it to be nicely balanced. Georgia bbq has always seemed to be an eclectic mix of other bbq heavy hitters (Texas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Carolinas, etc). I would certainly say that this sauce sums up that sentiment.
