Lemon and Curry Roasted Chicken

Lemon and Curry Roasted Chicken is delicious and warm in every dimension. It's color is also lovely on a plate held up to the window against a dark Seattle sky. Fairly dry-cooked basmati rice was great at soaking up the juices, which were aromatic to just the right degree.
