⅓ cup sliced fresh pear (can be replaced by natural pear juice)
¼ tsp. fresh rosemary
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Rosemary for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, muddle pear slices, rosemary, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add 3 ice cubes along with Pisco Waqar and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass over ice and top off with sparkling water. Garnish with sprig of rosemary.
