best of web seal Pho Ga (Chicken Noodle Soup)

Many people are familiar with the beef version of this traditional Vietnamese soup, but chicken makes a lighter alternative. The concentrated flavor of the broth provides a perfect base for the lime and cilantro garnish. Load it up with Sriracha hot sauce for a homey variation of this cure-all Southeast Asian soup.

FROM THE RECIPE:
Chicken pho is always my favorite and after reading St. Petersburg Times review of Taste of Saigon restaurant and the blog of Andrea Nguyen, author of the award-winning cookbook Into the Vietnamese Kitchen: Treasured Foodways, Modern Flavors, I suddenly felt a little nostalgic, remembering some of my crazy, wonderful times in my early twenties.

The recipe looks good but soup in the summer? I think I'll hold off on this one until Autumn sets in.

I love Pho but have not been able to get a good enough broth to qualify. Has anyone had success with this recipe?
