best of web seal Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches

Coming up with a list of foods native to Indiana was a bit tough, but as we were working on our Super Bowl Guide earlier this year, we came across this recipe for pork tenderloin sandwiches. You can add cayenne pepper to the cornmeal mixture if you want your sandwiches a little spicy.

FROM THE RECIPE:

A pork tenderloin sandwich is perfect football food: it's simple, filling, can be held in one hand, and gets along well with cold beer. If you've never had one, think of it as a chicken fried steak, but with pork, and no gravy.

There is simply nothing as good as a well done Hoosier pork tenderloin. I've been all over Indiana and with few exceptions all have been wonderful. There is however some that use some secret herb and spice blends that are low on salt and this makes a difference.
