Sage Brown Butter
This butter is delicious spooned over fish or pasta.

8 tbsp. butter
20–30 fresh sage
1. Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add sage leaves and cook until leaves are crisp and butter browns, about 5 minutes.
