Very good pork chop and easy to be prepared. I will redo it in a few weeks. To make the recipe even better, i added a teaspoon of Gochujang sauce into the marination. I took a chance to try out the new purchased ( http://www.bakingfrenzy.com/12-inches-food-tongs-p-367.html)kitchen tongs too.
