I made this last night for a New Year's Eve party, and it was delicious! I spread the fluff onto the dough, and then used Ghiradelli chocolate chips -- a mixture of white and 70% dark in one pan, and milk chocolate in the other -- sprinkled on top. Super good, except that it was just a bit too sweet for my taste...although I suppose with the fluff that should be expected. :) Next time, I'll try with a 1/4 cup less of the white sugar in the graham cracker dough and see if that makes a difference.

Now don't get me wrong, I think making s'mores around the campfire can be a ton of fun, but why go through the hassle of planning a camping trip or finding firewood if you can bake up a batch of these beauties without all the trouble.
