I love this recipe ... and consider it one of my best triumphs. It's
simple to do, the presentation is wonderfully rustic and appetizing,
and the flavors are complex and delicious. The curry flavor is perfect
against the light sweetness of the sweet potatoes, and because the
dipping sauce is mostly yogurt with just a bit of mayonnaise, it
doesn't feel heavy at all. And the sprinkling of fleur del sel and
chopped cilantro at the end completely makes it.
