Sweet Soy Sauce
MAKES 1⁄2 CUP
Lustrous and tasting of smoke, this sauce is very simple to prepare.
1⁄4 cup sesame oil
1⁄4 cup sweet Indonesian dark soy sauce
1. Whisk sesame oil into soy sauce in a small bowl. Serve as a condiment to Hainanese Chicken Rice.
