Tarator Sauce

Not to be confused with tartar sauce, this tahini-based dipping sauce is perfect with steamed artichokes.

4 cloves garlic
1⁄2 cup tahini
1⁄2 cup fresh lemon juice
1⁄4 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
Kosher salt, to taste

1. In the bowl of a food processor, pulse garlic until finely chopped. Add tahini, lemon juice, parsley, and 3 tbsp. water; pulse to combine. Season with salt.

MAKES ABOUT 1 CUP
