FROM THE RECIPE:

If it's true that the definition of stupidity is to do something over and over again and expect different results, then I am indeed guilty as charged, because I made something for dinner last night that I know I never, ever like. Somehow I believed it would be better this time, and when it wasn't, I proceeded to take two bites and then returned to the kitchen to make myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Smitten Kitchen is my all-time favorite food site. I made this recipe at my bbq last weekend and it was awesome. Even my Mom ate it and she doesn't eat anything.

Delicious, moist chicken with a zing. Loved it.

Moist and juicy. One of the better grilled chicken recipes I've made. It would make a great sandwich too.

Good recipe but I used chicken breasts on the bone. I'm not a fan of boneless chicken. It dries out and has no flavor. The bone-in chicken worked perfectly.

ciaofluffy - boneless chicken does not dry out or have no flavor if you cook it properly.

I made this recipe for the Super Bowl this year! This was delicious!! I marinated it over night and used bone in chicken thighs.

Shouldn't Ina Garten of the Food Network be getting the credit and link for this recipe, rather than Smitten Kitchen? If you must feature Smitten Kitchen, wouldn't it be more appropriate to link to one of her original recipes?

P.S. I agree with ciaofluffy than boneless, skinless chicken, especially white meat portions, has no (chicken) taste no matter how you cook it. I'll try this with a whole chicken.
