Yogurt and Mint Dipping Sauce

Serve this cooling dipping sauce with harissa hot wings.

1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp. minced fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, smashed and minced into a paste
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Whisk together yogurt, mint, oil, and garlic in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cover dipping sauce with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled.

MAKES 1 CUP
