How to Make a Dried Orange Peel

To make your own dried orange peel, quarter and peel an organic orange, reserving flesh for another use. Chop peel into 2" pieces, place in a nonreactive baking pan, and bake at 200° for 3 hours. Cool and store in an airtight jar at room temperature.
