Tom Colicchio's restaurant empire covers plenty of ground in the city, from the mothership Craft restaurant to all the various 'wichcraft locations across Manhattan. My favorite spot is Craftbar: not only does the restaurant serve some of the best chicken liver pâté in town (with a gilded-lily topping of cherry preserves), but the bartenders make a mean martini in the form of the Blonde Ambition, featuring gin and elderflower liqueur. It's been my favorite sipper this summer—not only is it a perfect cocktail for indoors, but I've also been making it for backyard barbecues and weeknight sunsets. —Jayanthi Daniel, SAVEUR

I am a long time subscriber to Saveur Magazine. I look forward to every issue and I have compiled them for many years. I sure would like to get each year on a CD to make the stuff more accessable. As you might imagine, I have many shelves in a bookcase dedicated to Saveur.
Please e-mail me your intentions re: Annual CD. Luvyaall. gloria
