I was pleasantly surprised. The mild spiciness blended nicely with the herbal tanginess of the Pimm's No. 1 and the drink had a refreshingly lemony flavor with a savory edge. A keeper for sure.

What in the world makes this Cajun? 2 drops of Tabasco? You write that it is a variation on the Napoleon House's version of the drink, so why not Sicilian Lemonade or Creole Lemonade, both of which have the virtue of relating to New Orleans.
