Mulled Apple Cider
Steeped in cinnamon and cloves, this nonalcoholic potion lends a warm, fragrant note to chilly nights.
4 cups apple cider
4 cinnamon sticks
12 whole cloves
1. Simmer cider, cinnamon sticks and cloves together in a medium pot over medium heat for 5 minutes (do not let cider boil).
2. Put 1 cinnamon stick into each of four 10-oz. mugs and ladle some of the cider and cloves into each.
