A Summery Sauvignon for $20
When I think of a summer wine, my mind always wanders toward sauvignon blanc. The firm citrus notes, high acidity, and bone dry finish of St. Supery's 2008 sauvignon always leaves me wanting more. Maybe it's because I know that it will not taste the same if I hold on to this bottle for another year. I love to pair this wine with a straightforward appetizer of tortilla chips and mango-habanero salsa. 2008 St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc $19.95
