I'm a great believer in pairing sparkling wine with soups, as the bubbles provide an exciting textural contrast. For a change, look for rosé bubbly, one with deep, fruit-filled flavors. This selection from Napa tastes succulent but refined – just perfect for kicking off a special October meal.
