One Good Find: 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup

It is an unspoken rule that, when visiting from Vermont, you have to show up with maple syrup. So, when my Vermont-born-and-raised friend Katie recently came though New York City, she presented me with a first-class version I had never tried before from Syrup Souvenir Shop. Bottled in charming glass jars that come with their own satchels, the 100% Vermont maple syrup is collected from an Underhill sugarbush at the base of Vermont’s tallest peak, Mount Mansfield. I'll enjoy drenching blueberry pancakes with it all through berry season!
