I said that I don't like raw broccoli, and for the most part that's true. This salad is the one exception. I do like raw broccoli when it's chopped in little bits and jazzed up with an Asian-style dressing. I eat this salad a lot. It's good even with broccoli that isn't the "best broccoli" in the market. Maybe you'll like it too.
