Basil Julep

The clean, herbaceous aroma of basil completely transforms the classic julep, which is traditionally made with mint. It's also traditionally made with Bourbon — here, we replaced that with Irish whiskey, which has a subtle citrus note that intermingles beautifully with the basil.
