Classic Tea Kettle

We make a lot of coffee and tea in my house, so I've been looking for a tea kettle pretty enough to leave out as a permanent fixture on my stovetop. This classic design from Chantal fits the bill perfectly—the enamel-on-steel won't scratch or rust, and adds a welcome pop of color to my kitchen. When the water reaches a full boil (which happens rather quickly), the kettle lets out a loud, two-tone harmonica whistle to let you know it's ready. And as a bonus, it comes with a small quilted mitt for the steel handle, so you won't risk burning your hand.
