Large Ham-and-Cheese Ravioli with Gorgonzola-Arugula Sauce or Tomato-Cream Sauce

We particulary liked this ham-and-cheese ravioli, especially when paired with either the Pierino sauce or the scarparo, a light tomato sauce enriched with cream.
