The only recipe I have had to seriously adjust is the one for the chickpea crepes. It calls for a tremendous amount of oil not only in the batter but also in the cake pan before pouring the batter. It was inedible. I made the remainder of the batter with barely one tblsp of oil and it came out wonderful.

I find it very annoying to have to scroll ahead through all the featured recipes every time to get to the place where I left off. Also, I've been asking for a way of categorizing recipes. This would be a great feature!

I totally agree with SAILINGLOTUS. I frequent many other food magazine sites, but I am a new Saveur subscriber and I too find it VERY annoying to have to scroll thru every page to get back to where I left off in the slide show-a waste of my time, and something that doesn't occur at other sites I often visit. Come on Saveur, get with the times! I expect a more professional and user friendly site!

Sailinglotus and Gems, I experience the same thing at every recipe slide show I peruse. Here's how to solve your problem: once you deal with a specific recipe, don't exit the page. Just hit your back button and you will be where you left off in the slide show.
