I served this delicious soup with crusty seeded sourdough bread and wine. It's silky texture was so lovely and comforting on a cold and rainy evening!!! The flavor so wonderful. The combination of the cornmeal,collard greens and sausage is a perfect marriage! The absolute beauty of this dish is..............it takes no time to prepare!! I was truly shocked. You'd of thought it took hours to create the depth of flavors! This one's a keeper! Get off the computer and make it..... NOW! HURRY UP!
