I have a weakness for stir-fried beet greens so we're always looking for ways to use the beets. Sometimes it's hard to believe that some vegetables can easly be used as sweet ingredientes. This's the case of beets. I've got some recipes from my own including a beet cake with "beet" toffee and believe me it's just so impressive the result of beet in sweets. Thanks for sharing all this recipes.
