The Kitchens of Havana

New York City-based photographer Ellen Silverman has been taking pictures of kitchens in Havana, Cuba, for the past two years. Of the vibrant, colorful spaces, Ellen writes: "While the kitchens might be spare, but they are beautiful, vital emblems of those who live, and cook, within them."
