COMPANY
The Professional Food & Wine Career Program is an accelerated course designed specifically for people who are passionate about a career in the culinary arts. The concentration on only food and wine and the short time commitment make this program ideal for career changers as well as professionals in the hospitality, food science, nutrition and food service industry looking to enhance their careers with advanced culinary knowledge and skills.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES
This challenging and demanding program focuses on hands-on learning, menu preparation, palate development, wine education and rich appreciation for the culture, history and heritage of great cuisine. Study and training abroad in Italy and France is included in the program. A Personal Chef Elective is also offered, as are opportunities to participate in 3- and 6-month extended training and internship programs in Italy.
WHERE TO BUY
With a maximum ratio of eight students to one chef-instructor, Cook Street ensures close, individualized attention to each student to help them achieve their culinary goals. All of the Cook Street chef-instructors are full-time and solely dedicated to teaching their students. Cook Street students also enjoy full membership and benefits of the American Culinary Federation, including opportunities to meet renowned chefs and top industry professionals, participate in competitions, earn points towards professional certification and access a career board with exclusive job postings from across the country.
