Many people have only eaten radishes in their raw state. Switch it up by roasting them: they make get an excellent side dish for hearty entrées.

Roasting broccoli makes it crispy on the edges and wonderfully flavorful. Even broccoli haters will be hard pressed to not enjoy it prepared this way, especially when topped with lemon juice and pecorino cheese.
