Louisiana-Inspired Seafood Recipes

In this recipe, Chef Garrelts offers up his version of Bouillabaisse, an Eastern take on the classically Provençal seafood stew. Coconut milk, saffron, ginger and lemongrass bring this dish sweet, tropical scents.
This traditional Provençal fish stew, Bouillabaisse, originated in Marseille, France, and is most noted for it's earthy hints of saffron and fennel.
This tomato-based seafood dish is believed to have originated in San Francisco. Whether calamari or clams make your heart sing, doctor this stew to make it your very own.

Chef Cathal Armstrong serves up a tangy, fresh fennel salad, topped with a tower of lobster.
