Makes 1 cocktail
Created in 1923 by Franck Meier, chief barman at the Ritz Paris, using Cointreau and Rémy Martin® cognac.
1 oz. Cointreau
1½ oz. Rémy Martin V.S.O.P cognac
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
Shake with ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
