"Keeping Cocktails Fresh" Of all the original ideas being tossed around during the five spirited days of Tales of the Cocktail, the freshest will no doubt be served up at the Cocktail Fresh Market. With ingredients from our local farmers market, fresh herbs, and much more, you'll be able to sample some of the weekend's freshest cocktails, and take home some thoughts on how to add a little freshness to your own mixing.

From Big D to Big Bend, Galveston to the Rio Grande, every corner of Texas is spilling over with culture and cuisine you won't find anywhere else. We're bringing a little bit of Texas to Tales of the Cocktail 2010 with our Spirits of Texas lunch. Join Tito's Handmade Vodka and sample cocktails made with Texas-born spirits and food with flavor as large as the Lone Star state.

First Course: Texas style Shrimp Rémoulade served over Texas coleslaw with chipotle rémoulade sauce, applewood-smoked bacon, and deviled egg
Second Course: Mesquite Grilled Prime Rib-Eye served with jalapeño and cheddar mashed potatoes, beer battered onion rings, and an ancho chile & honey bbq sauce
Dessert: Buttery pecan pie baked golden, drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauce, and served with sweet cream

Accompanying the meal will be Leidenheimer French Bread Texas Toast
